3. Why We Use This Data
We do not sell your data. We strictly use it for internal development and operational compliance within Aghsan Al Majd. The primary purposes are:
Certification: To issue valid digital badges and certificates that verify your skills in coffee preparation and food safety.
ISO 22000 Compliance: We must maintain records of staff training regarding hygiene and machine maintenance for audit purposes.
Career Progression: Your scores help HR identify candidates for promotion to Head Barista or Branch Manager roles.
5. Security Protocols
We treat your digital data with the same care we treat our coffee beans. We employ the following measures:
SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our LMS is encrypted via HTTPS.
Access Control
Only authorized HR managers and Trainers can view detailed exam results.
Daily Backups
Your progress is backed up daily to secure cloud servers in Saudi Arabia.
6. Your Rights (PDPL)
In accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your training records.
- Correct any inaccurate personal information (e.g., name spelling).
- Request deletion of data upon termination of employment (subject to legal retention periods).
